Valve body assembly: The main body of the Bronze lever-type float valve is precisely cast from brass, featuring excellent corrosion resistance and high-pressure resistance. It can withstand long-term water medium erosion and operate stably in a temperature range of -10℃ to 80℃, suitable for most municipal water supply pressures. Float ball component: The prominent yellow float is made of high-density engineering plastic (PP/ABS), which is lightweight, has stable buoyancy, has a smooth surface that is resistant to dirt, and responds sensitively to water level changes, driving the valve core to operate. The interior is filled with inert gas, ensuring no water ingress or loss of effectiveness over a long period. The color is bright and easy to observe the water level status. The connecting threads between the float and the lever can be adjusted for length, suitable for different water tank depths.
The working principle of the intelligent device: When the water level drops, the float descends accordingly. Through the lever, it drives the valve core to open, allowing water to flow in. When the water level rises to the set height, the float rises, driving the valve core to close, stopping the water inflow. The entire process is fully automatic and requires no manual intervention.
When purchasing, it is recommended to select the appropriate model based on the actual size of the water tank, water pressure conditions and medium characteristics.
During installation, avoid the lever colliding with the inner wall of the water tank to prevent the float from getting stuck; in areas with poor water quality, it is recommended to combine with a pre-filter to reduce the wear of the valve core by water scale.
