Product Description

This product is a two-way compression fitting L-style right-angle ball valve. It features an integrally forged 90° bent valve body, with both ends equipped with double-compression fitting connections suitable for aluminum-plastic pipes. The 90° elbow turn and water flow on/off function are integrated into one unit. The top of the valve body is fitted with a black one-piece engineering plastic handle, creating a sharp contrast between the bright silver chrome-plated metal and the black handle. The overall right-angle design eliminates the need for additional elbow fittings, making it ideal for installation in tight corner spaces such as wall corners, wall-hung boilers, and manifolds, resulting in a neat and orderly piping layout.

The valve body is integrally forged from high-quality brass, with no welded seams, no sand holes or porosity, and a thick wall section that delivers excellent pressure resistance and burst-proof performance. The surface is finely polished and then multi-layer chrome-plated, resulting in a uniform and bright coating that resists scale buildup and corrosion from water and moisture, ensuring long-term resistance to rust and oxidation when conveying hot and cold water.

Inside, the valve body features a smooth 90° curved flow channel and a full-bore spherical valve core. The bore has no diameter reduction, resulting in extremely low flow resistance and no water pressure drop or reduced outlet flow. At the same time, it performs the dual functions of pipe direction change and flow on/off control.

The valve core is equipped with high-temperature-resistant PTFE sealing gaskets, providing a soft-and-hard composite seal. The switch action is smooth, and the seal resists high and low temperatures as well as aging, maintaining leak-proof performance even after tens of thousands of on/off cycles. Multiple layers of rubber O-rings are installed at the valve stem connection, providing a double barrier against medium leakage through the stem gap, and the valve is compatible with both cold and hot water.

Both ends of the valve body feature a fully symmetrical hexagonal double-compression fitting structure with precisely cut edges, ensuring a non-slip grip for wrenches, making tightening and disassembly easy and convenient. The stainless steel ferrule grips the outer wall of the pipe, while the sealing ring tightly wraps around the pipe wall, and the inner support sleeve prevents the pipe from deforming under pressure. There is no need for thread sealant tape to achieve a high-strength sealed lock, eliminating the risks of pipe dislodgement and leakage, greatly simplifying plumbing installation procedures.

The top of the valve body is fitted with a black ABS engineering plastic operating handle. The handle has a compact rectangular toggle shape and features a circular hole at the top for threading tie wraps or locking chains to prevent unauthorized operation. The standard 90° quarter-turn open-close mechanism means that when the handle is parallel to the pipe direction, the waterway is fully open. The on/off status is clear at a glance, and a simple flick achieves full open or full close without the need for additional tools. The blue plastic material provides insulation and heat protection, keeping the handle cool to the touch when conveying hot water, while also being moisture-resistant and resistant to aging and cracking, facilitating color-coded management in plumbing systems.

The valve stem features an anti-drip seal design with built-in PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) sealing rings that are resistant to aging and extreme temperatures, ensuring long-term leak-free operation even with frequent switching. It is suitable for a variety of media, including hot and cold water (–20°C to 100°C) and low-pressure gas.

The handle is designed for 90° on/off operation only. Do not apply excessive force when turning, as this may damage the valve core structure.

The chrome-plated surface of the valve body reflects light uniformly and finely, with no burrs. The 90° bend has a smooth, rounded transition. The hexagonal nuts at both ends have neatly cut edges, and the internal compression fitting sealing components are precisely matched. The black plastic handle is thickly molded with smooth, burr-free edges, and the overall assembly has minimal clearances. The construction is robust and durable, making this Two-Way Compression Fitting L-Style Right-Angle Ball Valve a dedicated right-angle flow control valve for residential HVAC and plumbing engineering applications.
